FIRST-TIME USERS
If you are a first-time user of our Wholesale Web
Site, you will be required to fill out an online application to
register a wholesale account. Once the application is received and
access is granted you will receive an e-mail notification and you
will be able to login to our Wholesale Web Site. To request a
wholesale account, click
here and submit the request form.
MINIMUM ORDERS
Fever-Tree Mixers are subject to a $500 order
minimum (mix and match flavors and sizes).
All products - Full cases only (no split
cases).
OPENING
ORDERS
A copy of your State Resale
Certificate and Federal Tax ID number must accompany your opening
order before it can be processed.
PAYMENT TERMS
Orders are shipped prepaid by VISA, MC, DISCOVER or
AMEX.
SHIPPING
UPS Orders: Orders that do not contain Fever-Tree
Mixers are shipped via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping is available.
Standard UPS rates apply. Orders ship within 48 hours from New
Jersey (Monday-Friday). Shipping charges will be added to the
order after the order is placed.
Freight/Pallet Orders: Orders that contain Fever-Tree
Mixers must be shipped on a pallet via a truck and are subject to a
$500 order minimum. Pallet shipments will ship within 3 business
days. You will be contacted regarding the cost of the shipment as
well as details of the delivery prior to shipment. Pallet orders
cannot be expedited.
