We accept returns for refund or exchange if you are dissatisfied for any reason.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at email@example.com to alert us of the issue, then return the item to us. Upon receipt we will refund the full purchase price of your item or ship out a replacement.
In addition to shipping time, please allow 3-4 business days for us to process your order and 7-10 business days for overall delivery time when shipping FedEx Standard Ground. *We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous states.
Selected items qualify for free standard shipping on orders of $25 or more. Standard FedEx rates apply to all other orders.
Fever-Tree items ship separately by the case and qualify for standard free shipping.
NOTE: Please note that shipping delays due to inclement weather and/or acts of nature can occur, especially during winter months.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
You may ship items to separate mailing addresses ONLY by placing separate orders for each destination.
Shipping to a P.O. Box or APO, FPO Address
For tracking purposes, we ship orders via FedEx only. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time due to FedEx limitations. =FedEx requires a street address for all deliveries.
*We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or internationally.
