NEW AGE COCKTAILS


ELDERFLOWER SPRITZER
2oz. Vodka (or Gin)
3oz. Fever-Tree Elderflower
Tonic Water
4-6 Mint Leaves
Muddle mint leaves in a highball
glass then fill with ice. Add vodka
and Top with Fever-Tree
Elderflower Tonic Water. Garnish
as desired.
EL DIABLO
2oz. Tequila
1/2oz. Creme de Cassis
3oz. Fever-Tree Ginger Beer
Lime
In a lowball glass filled with ice,
add tequila and creme de cassis.
Top with Fever-Tree Ginger Beer
and finish with a squeeze of
fresh lime juice, stir. Garnish with
a lime peel.
PRESBYTERIAN
2oz. Bourbon or Whiskey
2oz. Fever-Tree Ginger Ale
2oz. Fever-Tree Club Soda
Dash of Bitters
Lemon
Fill a highball glass with ice and
add bourbon, Fever-Tree Ginger
Ale, Fever-Tree Club Soda, and a
dash of bitters. Stir and garnish
with a lemon curl.
CUCUMBER COOLER

1.5oz. Gin
1/2oz. Aperol
1oz. Lime Juice
3/4oz. Simple Syrup
3oz. Fever-Tree Tonic Water
Cucumber Wedges
Muddle cucumber in a cocktail
shaker. Add remaining
ingredients except Fever-Tree
Tonic Water and shake with ice.
Strain into an ice-fileld Collins
glass and top with Fever-Tree
Tonic. Garnish with lime or
cucumber as desired.

1.5oz. Bourbon
3/4oz. Apple Schnapps
3/4oz. Lemon Juice
Bitters
2oz. Fever-Tree Bitter Lemon
Add bourbon, apple schnapps,
lemon juice, and two dashes
of bitters to a cocktail shaker.
Shake and strain into a Collins
glass filled with ice. Top with
Fever-Tree Bitter Lemon.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
BITTER IN A BOTTLE

1 oz. Gin
1/2oz. Luxardo Bitter
1.2oz. Pimm’s No. 1
1tsp. Simple Syrup
1/2oz. Lemon Juice
2oz. Fever-Tree Bitter Lemon
Combine all ingredients except
Fever-Tree Bitter Lemon in a
cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake and strain into an empty
187ml champagne bottle (a
Fever-Tree bottle works just
as well). Garnish with a lemon
twist.
SANTO LIBRE
2oz. Rum
4oz. Fever-Tree Sparkling
Lemon
Lime
Fill a lowball glass with ice. Add
rum and top with Fever-Tree
Sparkling Lemon. Finish with a
squeeze of fresh lime juice.
Garnish with lime wedge.
SOUTH SIDE
5-8 Mint Leaves
2oz. Gin
1oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1oz. Simple Syrup
3oz. Fever-Tree Club Soda
Gently muddle mint leaves in a
cocktail shaker. Add gin, lemon
juice, simple syrup, and large ice
cubes. Shake gently to combine.
Strain into a highball glass filled
with ice, top with Fever-Tree
Club Soda.
APEROL SPRITZ
3oz. Prosecco
2oz. Aperol
1oz. Fever-Tree Club Soda
Orange
Fill a balloon glass with ice and
add all ingredients. Stir and
garnish with an orange wheel.

CLASSIC COCKTAILS


PERFECT VODKA-TONIC
3oz. Vodka of Choice
3oz. Fever-Tree Tonic Water
Lemon
Fill a lowball glass with ice.
Add equal parts vodka and
Fever-Tree Tonic Water. Finish
with a squeeze of fresh lemon
juice. Garnish with lemon peel.
DARK & STORMY

2oz. Dark Rum of Choice

3oz. Fever-Tree Ginger Beer

Lime

Fill a tall glass with ice. Add rum

and top with Fever-Tree Ginger

Beer. Finish with a squeeze of

fresh lime juice. Garnish with

lime wedge.


GIN FIZZ
2oz. Gin of Choice
1oz. Lemon Juice
1tsp. Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
2oz. Fever-Tree Club Soda
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with
ice. Add gin, lemon juice, simply
syrup and egg white. Shake well
until ingredients are thoroughly
mixed and chilled. Strain into
Collins glass and top with
Fever-Tree Club Soda.
BITTER LEMON COOLER

1.5oz. Dry Vermouth

1oz. Gin of Choice

1/4oz. Grenadine

1 Fever-Tree Bitter Lemon

Lemon

Combine vermouth, gin,

grenadine, and squeeze of fresh

lemon juice to a cocktail shaker

filled with ice. Shake and strain

into a Collins glass filled with ice.

Top with Fever-Tree Bitter Lemon

and garnish with a lemon wheel.

PIMM’S CUP

2oz. Pimm’s No. 1

3oz. Fever-Tree Ginger Ale

Strawberry, Cucumber,

Lemon wedges

Muddle wedges of lemon,

strawberry, and cucumber in a

collins glass. Add Pimm’s No. 1

and Fever-Tree GInger Ale, stir.

Fill glass with ice. Garnish with

cucumber, lemon, or strawberry

as desired.

FOGHORN

2oz. Gin of Choice

4oz. Fever-Tree Ginger Ale

Lime

In an old-fashioned glass with

ice, add gin and squeeze of fresh

lime juice. Stir and top with

Fever-Tree Ginger Ale. Garnish

with lime wedge.

1 oz Fresh squeezed Lime

.75 oz DJ Dotson’s Agave (Cocktail Ready)

.5 oz Funkin Green Apple Puree

Small Pinch Cumin Seeds

4 oz Fever Tree Ginger Beer

Muddle Apple & Cumin, Shake w/o GB & Strain over fresh ice into Collins Glass. Top with Ginger Beer

– Apple Slice & Lime Wheel

Quinine Qure

.5 oz Funkin William Pear

.5 oz Fresh squeezed Lime

.5 oz JM Sugarcane Syrup (or sub Simple Syrup)

2 oz Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic

Shake without Tonic & Strain over fresh ice into Collins Glass, add Tonic – Lime Wheel

Bitterberry Spritz

1 oz Funkin Raspberry

3 oz Fever Tree Bitter Lemon Soda

Build over ice, stir to integrate – Orange Wedge

Passion Spritz

.5 oz Funkin Passionfruit

.5 oz Funkin Strawberry

3 oz Fever Tree Bitter Gingerale

Build over ice, stir to integrate – Lemon Wedge
